Antony Butler is the founder and Managing Director of Capital Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd. Antony has over 20 years experience in strategic analysis, training systems development, workforce design and integration planning of large scale training and workforce transformation projects.
Clare Butler is the CWS Operations Manager and is a founding Director of CWS. Clare has over 10 years experience in the insurance industry and has been an operator and owner of a successful Beauty Salon. The combination of this experience ensure that Clare is able to meet the increasing demands of a growing dynamic business.
Lance Lorraway is the Defence Programs Manager for Capital Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd. Lance is a project and quality management professional with over 23 years experience in a variety of industries and organisations including; Department of Defence, Defence Materiel Organisation, State and Federal Government organisations and the international mining and refinery industry.
Colin is an experienced aircraft technician, technical instructor and training developer in the Aviation domain. In the past he has worked within the military and civilian environments in Australia, the UK and the Middle East. Colin is experienced in conforming to the directives contained in the Defence Training Model (DTM), conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and working within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). Colin is well versed in ADDIE and also holds tertiary qualifications in Adult Education and Human Resources (HR) disciplines.
Benny Hodges is the CWS Cultural Immersion Programs Manager. Benny is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elder who has over 30 years experience in delivering and leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community and Government programs. CWS is very proud and honoured to have his guidance and support.
Dean is a training, workforce design, project management, and systems transition management consultant with significant experience in the Regular Australian Army and experience in both Defence Aviation and the Australian Aviation Industry.
Dean is a Systems Approach to Learning Specialist (SAL) with exceptional knowledge and understanding of the requirements, concepts and compliance to benefit any organisation requiring high level training analyses, development, implementation and evaluation.
