Capital Workforce Solutions is an Australian Veteran owned and operated business delivering products and services to Defence, Government and Industry. Since 2001, CWS has built a reputation forged on our core principle
Capital Workforce Solutions (CWS) began in 2001 with a simple purpose, to make people and organisations better. From the start, we set out to do more than deliver training; we set out to build workforce capability.
Over two decades later, that purpose hasn’t changed, it’s evolved. Today, CWS is a sovereign, veteran-led Defence industry specialist, delivering workforce, training, and project solutions that strengthen Australia’s capability edge. Our veteran workforce brings lived operational experience, giving us a practical understanding of Defence culture, tempo, and compliance, we know what works because we’ve lived it.
CWS has had the opportunity to produce major project deliverables with some of Australia’s leading Government organisations. We have partnered with the Department of Defence, Civil Aviation Safety Authority, Department of Health and state Government agencies to help them solve problems, analyse organisational requirements and build workforce capability.
What sets us apart is our people. Our people are professionals with genuine Defence and industry experience, backed by the credibility of those who’ve done the job for real. We’re not a corporate machine; we’re a team that genuinely cares about what we deliver and the people we deliver it to.
Whether it’s workforce solutions, training systems, or complex project outcomes, our work matters to us because we’ve seen firsthand the difference it makes when people are truly supported. That’s why we approach every engagement with integrity, collaboration, and commitment, to deliver capability that works where it counts.
That’s the story of CWS (so far)— we keep the trust and deliver the promise.
Here at CWS we pay our respects to and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which our operations are located throughout Australia and recognise the important roles Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perform in our business.
We also acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and their continuing connection to land, culture and community. We pay our respects to elders past, present and future and those who walk with us on this journey to Reconciliation.
I also acknowledge and thank the traditional custodians and owners who have been leaving footprints on this ground, swimming in these waters and caring for this country for over 65,000 years, a country my family and I respectfully call home.
