Michaela has been working in the education industry for 10 years and in leadership roles for 5 years.
Managing the Capital Workforce Solutions (CWS) Learning Institute (LI), Michaela is able to leverage her university qualifications in education and her recent roles as a program manager and assistant director. This provides her with significant experience in creating and managing the compliance requirements of a major education corporation.

Michaela has developed and managed the administrative infrastructure for CWS LI compliance using the ‘Standards for RTO’s’ as required by ASQA. Michaela’s focus is to develop compliant critical pathways, processes, forms, policies, manuals and marketing materials. This also includes negotiating and integrating CWS’s new LMS.

The maintenance of positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring participant satisfaction are top priority for her.
