Michael has accumulated over 20 years of experience as a Training Specialist in the Royal Australian Navy and in both the public and private sectors of industry, including Transport, Mining and Social Services.  He has architected training and performance improvement solutions, developing processes and programs that transcend organisational hierarchies across Risk, Workplace Health and Safety, Change, and Project Management spheres.

Upon his return to Defence Industry, Michael harnessed his operational and training expertise in Combat Systems, Electronic Warfare, Intelligence, Situational Awareness and Joint Data Networks to provide governance and assurance in the engineering of a significant Training System to meet Defence’s Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) requirements.

He cherishes working with others in a team environment and is passionate about personal growth and development, driven by seeing others reach their goals. 

Michael is married with two children, who he says “are too much like their father’, and enjoys spending time with them in the great outdoors.
