David is a high-performing and versatile learning and development professional, maintaining a varied and accomplished background in learning and development, training systems, training analysis, risk management, workplace health and safety, operations management, customer service and leading teams to achieve training and compliance outcomes to industry standards.

David’s core knowledge and skills has been acquired over two decades of Defence, and a further 10+ years in the private sector and government organisations both domestic and foreign. He offers experience in including mining, mining equipment, heavy vehicle manufacturing, operation logistics, support and administration, the Australian Defence Force (ARMY), as well as the United Arab Emirates Defence Force.

David has a proven record of developing excellent working relationships with stakeholders, to provide and deliver initiatives and support to their development and achieving their training outcomes.

David is married to Cassandra and has three children; he enjoys outdoor activities, especially fishing and camping. He tries to get out on the open road riding his motorbike at every opportunity.
