Current Roles
Project Management Trainer/Assessor
As a CWS Project Management Trainer/Assessor, you’ll be part of our dedicated training team, shaping the next generation of leaders. You’ll review, update, and deliver training products that prepare students to excel in real-world situations. This is a role for someone with a background in both project management and training, who’s passionate about improving learning products and supporting people in achieving their best. Key qualifications include a Certificate IV in Project Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and experience with ASQA standards. Familiarity with the Defence industry is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training courses, assessments, and mentorship that stand up to the CWS standard of excellence.
- Provide academic advice, set training objectives, and maintain comprehensive student records.
- Work independently and within a team, showing high integrity and a commitment to quality.
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- 3-5 years of industry experience
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Project Management or higher
- Experience with Moodle, and Defence industry project management
