Michael Leeder is a seasoned professional with a rich background in telecommunications, training and development, and project management. He served in the Australian Defence Force (Army) for 20 years, with the last five years spent as the senior technical trade training developer at the Defence Force School of Signals.

Michael has also worked in various instructional designer roles within the Defence Industry since 2009, supporting the ADF’s learning and development needs. He has a proven track record in developing learning and development products that comply with both the Defence Training Model (DTM) and Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL).

In addition to his military career, Michael has experience in early education, home services, telecommunications, and a period of service with the United Nations in Haiti.

Michael holds several qualifications, including a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, and a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management).
