Robert Lee has dedicated over 25 years to serving in both the Royal Air Force (RAF) and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), initially as an electronics technician and later as a Loadmaster. Since 2016, he has transitioned into instructional roles within the Loadmaster and aircrew stream, contributing significantly to capability development and project management.

Robert‘s extensive experience in the military has equipped him with a deep understanding of operational and training requirements. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing training programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness and comply with the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL).

Robert holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Organisational Leadership and a Diploma in Project Management. His academic background complements his practical experience, enabling him to lead and manage projects with a strategic perspective.

Robert is passionate about fostering a collaborative team environment and is committed to personal and professional growth. He enjoys mentoring others and takes pride in seeing his colleagues achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, and keeping fit.
