Stuart brings a diverse and well-rounded background in training and development, operational management, strategic analysis, disaster relief, and volunteer engagement.
With over 16 years of service in the Australian Defence Force (Army – Royal Australian Engineers), Stuart has extensive experience in the Defence training environment. He has successfully managed, developed, analysed, and delivered training across various domains, including ADF and engineer-related ab-initio and promotional courses, multi-agency government organisations, and high-risk advisory and training roles on multinational military operations abroad. Some of which have been adopted and disseminated amongst host nations.
In addition to his Defence expertise, Stuart has contributed to developing training for Australia’s disaster relief community, focusing on volunteer engagement and capability building.
Stuart holds Diplomas in Security and Risk Management, Leadership and Management, and Government. He also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is expanding his skillset by studying for a Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting.
Stuart is passionate about team development and fostering successful outcomes by engaging all members. He excels at building on foundational skillsets while harnessing the unique knowledge and life experiences of individuals to drive collective success.
